What we collect
- Expert help requests. When you submit the help form we store your name, email, business name, website, subject, message and budget range so we can reply.
- Search queries. We log the search terms typed into the site (without any personal identifier) so we know which tutorials to write next.
- Usage analytics. Aggregate page views and events, if analytics is enabled, to understand which guides are useful.
How we use it
Help request details are used solely to respond to your enquiry and, where you have asked for it, to quote on work delivered by PromptSites.com. Search and analytics data is used to improve the tutorials. We do not send marketing email you did not ask for.
Who sees it
Only our small team. We use third-party providers for hosting, database storage and transactional email; they process data on our behalf and nothing more. We never sell, rent or trade your information.
Cookies
The tutorials themselves need no cookies. Learning path progress is stored locally in your own browser, not on our servers. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are only set after you accept them in our consent banner — nothing non-essential loads until you do, and rejecting is as easy as accepting. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete a help request you submitted, or to send you a copy of it, by replying to our email or submitting a request through the help form. We will action it promptly.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update this page. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
